ME

ME

The truth is I am ‘me’, like you, a unique individual full of potential.

I lost the simple art of being me.

I had fallen into the trap of being a ‘human doing’ rather than a ‘human being’, slowly forgetting the very nature and essence of who I was and what I truly wanted out of life.

I followed the world, the agenda of others, making the corporate world of brands look amazing through my creative agency.

Yes, I built a sky scraper life, only to realise the architect was not me.

And so, my journey began.
One of searching and realisation. One of change and transformation.
One of freedom. One of joy.

My ‘being’ no longer comes out of what I do, but out of who I am.

I share my truth with those I work with. I’ve walked the path before you.
We journey together, not alone.

‘The Simple Art of Being You’ encapsulates all Iife has taught me and I use it to coach people towards finding the answer to the question ‘who am I?’.

I am not a traditional coach. I go deeper.

It’s not all about tomorrow, it’s about today and yesterday.

I work from the inside out. Not the outside in.

Perhaps that is from my work as a trained counsellor and intervention coach?

Perhaps it’s from my own experience and my passion for sharing all that has, and continues to grow me?

Maybe it’s both.

I don’t use complex strategies to create transformation and I always follow the unique flow of each one of my clients.

My only caveat in all the work I do, is that you are open, truthful and willing to change.
